Two honest things about watch repairs
First, we'll always tell you straight if a repair isn't worth it. Watch screens are pricey little parts, and on some models the cost of a screen and the fiddly labour can get close to what the watch is worth — if that's the case, we'll say so rather than take your money.
Second, water resistance: Galaxy Watches are sealed at the factory, and once one's been opened for a repair, that rating can't be fully guaranteed again. We reseal it carefully, but treat a repaired watch as splash-proof rather than something to swim in.

If it still works, sync your watch to your phone so your data and settings are saved before we open it up.
2. Bring the charger
Pop the charging cable in with it if you can — it helps us test charging properly and rule out the charger itself.

Have your watch PIN and the Samsung/Google account it's linked to handy, so we can test everything works afterwards.
