Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Visited iTech to see if my water damaged phone was repairable. The screen had gone completely white and was totally unusable and had not recently been backed up. The staff quickly determined it wasn’t repairable and explained the level of damage, and that due to the fact it kept rebooting, it wouldn’t be possible to back up.
They did however put a temporary screen on the phone which allowed me to airdrop everything I needed to another device before it completely died and it was all permanently lost, all of this at no cost at all. Fantastic service, will definitely use again in future, thank you!!
