Remove accounts and activation locks
Sign out of iCloud, Google or manufacturer accounts and disable Find My or other activation locks. The device cannot be reused while account-locked.
Remove SIM and memory cards
Take out your SIM, eSIM where applicable, and removable storage containing personal information.
Factory reset only after backing up
Erase the device once your data is safely backed up and your accounts have been removed.

Do you buy broken or damaged devices?
Damaged and non-working devices may still be considered. Their value depends on the model, fault, condition, account status and whether usable parts can be recovered.
How do I get paid?
After the device has been inspected and you accept the confirmed offer, the team will explain the payment options available for that transaction. You may also ask whether store credit can be used towards an eligible pre-owned device. Payment arrangements are agreed before ownership is transferred.
Is the online valuation final?
No. Information submitted online helps the team understand the device. Any final offer is confirmed after physical inspection and may change if the model or condition differs.
What devices cannot be accepted?
Devices that are reported lost or stolen, account-locked, counterfeit, unsafe or not legally owned by the seller cannot be accepted. Eligibility is confirmed during assessment.
Should I erase my device first?
Back up important information, remove your accounts and activation locks, then factory-reset the device. Ask the team before erasing it if the phone does not work or contains data you need.
Do accessories increase the value?
The original box, genuine charger, cables and accessories can help, depending on the device and their condition. List everything included in the valuation form.
Can I use the value towards another device?
Store-credit options may be available toward selected pre-owned devices. Ask the team what is currently in stock and which options apply to your valuation.
