Transparency note: the iOS "Important Display Message"
After a third-party screen or battery replacement, iOS may show an "Important Display Message" or an "Unknown Part" note in Settings, saying it can't verify a genuine Apple part. This is completely normal for non-Apple repairs — it's simply Apple's parts-pairing check. It does not affect the performance or quality of your repair: your premium Soft OLED screen keeps its full 120Hz refresh, and on iOS 18 and later your battery health still displays as usual. We'll always explain exactly what to expect for your model before we start.

Settings › your name › iCloud › iCloud Backup. Your data stays safe whatever happens during the repair.
2. Make sure it has power
A little charge lets us power the phone on and properly test the repair before you collect it.
3. Know your passcode
We need your passcode to test features like the screen, Face ID and cameras after the repair. We never access personal data.
